This warranty will not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper maintenance and unauthorized repairs.
For warranty service, send your scissors to TITAN SCISSORS enclose a check for 8.99 EUROS for return shipping & handling. Please contact us first so that we can determine the nature of your problem.
